Планирование, изготовление и установка памятников в крепости осуществлялось исходя из личностей известных людей, которые так или иначе были связаны с историей Бендерской крепости или Приднестровья. Самым значительным местом, где установлен ряд таких памятников (бюстов), является Пантеон Русской Славы, расположенный под южной, внешней стеной цитадели.
The very first bust was erected on October 12, 2009 to Field Marshal M.I. Kutuzov, who, being a young captain, as a volunteer, took part in the assault on the Bendery fortress in 1770. Subsequently, in 1789, in the army of Potemkin, Kutuzov, already a major general, also took part in the siege and conquest of the Bendery fortress, and it was he who was instructed to blow up the bastions and other fortifications of the fortress, but, fortunately, due to the lack of allocated funds, he didn't.
25 декабря этого же года были установлены бюсты погибшему при штурме крепости в 1770 году, командующему центральной атакующей колонной Матиасу Миллеру и участнику покорения крепости в 1789 году Николаю Раевскому.

Monument to the Most Serene Prince, Field Marshal Grigory Alexandrovich Potemkin-Tavrichesky. Installed in front of the entrance to the Military-Historical Memorial Complex “Military Necropolis”, Bender, Ermakova st., 14a.
G.A. Potemkin commanded the Southern Russian army, which in November 1789 conquered the Bendery fortress without a fight. More Here. The authors of the monument, the creative group VIZURI, Kyiv. The monument was erected on August 29, 2010.

Своими победами оттянул главные силы турок от Бендерской крепости, которую два месяца осаждал граф Панин. Бюст установлен на Пантеоне Русской Славы 27 мая 2010 года. Бюст создан при финансовой поддержке Тираспольского винно-коньячного завода “КВИНТ”. В этот же день на территории крепости состоялась презентация элитного коньяка “Князь Витгенштейн”.

Мемориальная площадка барона Карла Иеронима фон Мюнхгаузена была открыта на северном устьевом бастионе Бендерской крепости, рядом с угловой северо-восточной восьмигранной башней цитадели, с внешней стороны. Помимо бюста самого барона на зубцах крепостной стены, обрамляющей площадку, размещены гранитные плиты с биографией барона, его родовым гербом и др. Тут же расположено стилизованное пушечное ядро, на котором барон летал на разведку в крепость.
Из исторических материалов известно, что барон в 1738 году, будучи адъютантом фон Ульриха, находясь в составе русской армии фельдмаршала Б.Миниха, принял участие в неудачном походе на Бендерскую крепость. Отмечен в документах как проявивший особую храбрость в бою с турецкой конницей в районе р.Белочь (Рыбницкий район, Приднестровье).

Memorial square in honor of the engineer Gerbel
The memorial square in honor of General Engineer Rodion Nikolaevich Gerbel was laid out on October 11, 2010 in the place where the assault on the Bendery fortress began in 1770, northwest of the fortress. It was Gerbel who supervised all the siege work, which lasted for 2 months. The author of the square is unknown.

Открыта в день Холокоста 27 января 2022 года. Внешний обводной ров крепости, район второго бастиона (напротив памятника Русской Славы – Орла).
В результате архивной работы было установлено, что в данном месте фашистской зондеркомандой 11Б было расстреляно 59 человек, из которых 22 женщины и 8 детей, 11 погибших удалось установить поименно. В открытии доски приняли участия представители многих местных и еврейских организаций, а также народный артист РФ А. Розенбаум.
