Очень редкое издание. Единственный экземпляр хранится в Одесской научной библиотеке.
В 2017 году ученными И.Сапожниковым и В.Левчуком была издана рецензия на эту книгу. Именно благодаря этой рецензии удалось ознакомиться с этой книгой.
Книга ценна описанием мраморной плиты, так называемым тарихом «Сулеймана», который ранее располагался на внешней стене Надвратной башни цитадели Бендерской крепости, а также ее качественным фотоснимком. Также в книге приведен перевод текста мраморной плиты с фарси на русский язык.
Книга была опубликована отдельным оттиском в XXXIII томе Записок «Императорского Одесского общества истории и древностей» за 1917 г.
